Limited Warranty (1 year)

Each XELPSLR lighter is crafted by skilled artisans, and is meticulously made and inspected by XELPSLR artisans before leaving the factory. We offer a limited warranty for one year from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers

• Mechanical failures of the ignition system or fuel mechanism, not caused by misuse.
• Structural integrity of the lightweight body and components under normal usage conditions.

This warranty does not cover

• Normal wear, scratches or surface discoloration.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse or improper operation.
• Maintenance or modification performed by unauthorized repair or modification service providers.
• Consumables, such as fire stones, wicks and fuel.

Maintenance service

After the warranty period, THORENS offers professional repair services to restore your lighter to its original functionality. Our experienced technicians use original components as much as possible and meticulously maintain the integrity of the mechanical design.

Please note

• The repair work using original old-fashioned parts will depend on the availability of the parts. 
• The service fee will be discussed and confirmed before any work commences. 
• The turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the repair.

How to Apply for Service

1. Contact us: please provide the purchase receipt, product details and problem description.

2. Return authorization: you will receive the lighters to send to our authorized service center.

3. Evaluation: our technical staff will check your lighters, and confirm whether the problem in the warranty scope.

4. Repair or replacement:such as within the scope of the warranty, we will free repair. If is beyond the scope of the warranty, we will provide value first, after waiting for you confirm again for repair.
